Accidentally purchased app how can I get a refund

These guys have NO Business Ethics. They hire me as a consultant on contract and then once they got my marketing and application ideas down and some wireframes, they decided they no longer needed me and have not paid for my services rendered. Its small change to me but just thought l would let everyone know how bad this company operates.

It just loads forever so dont waste your time on this app.IT DOESNT WORK

Im trying so hard to change some setting on my Vizio tv and I dont have the remote. Im going nuts. Then this piece of junk lets me download for free but in order to use you MUST pay $. Shame on you Apple!!!
